ORIGINAL CENTURI BUCK ROGERS MARAUDER FROM THE 1970'S
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY!!
I have multiple listings on Ebay for these kits. I bought these from the owner of an old hobby shop that closed many years ago. I am selling off my collection.
These kits are being sold at a greatly reduced price because of their age and condition. In general the body tube at one end is somewhat
Ovaled or Creased
, the other end is in good condition.
The other tubes in the kit are in good to near perfect condition, some may have very slight ovaling. If you build the kit this can easily be fixed by rounding out the tube.
The original bags have deteriorated significantly after 45 years.
The kit parts themselves are in good condition overall but the original plastic bags are very fragile.
There are many splits and holes in the plastic bag. The kits offered in this listing have original bags that are in very bad condition.
The parts have been placed in new bags, the original bags and hang tags are included for an extra bit of nostalgia.
All parts have been VERY CAREFULLY counted and checked and are in the new bag.
Some die-cut parts on the card stock may be separated from the sheets but are not damaged, there is some discoloration of the card stock from age.
All other parts are in relatively good condition for a kit that is 40+ years old.
I have very carefully checked over the parts and everything is inside the bag, nothing is missing.

Centuri used both black hang tags and blue hang tags for theses kits.
Blue is the more common and used primarily in the USA while black tags were used mostly for Canada.
This kit has the black hang tag used primarily in Canada.
Rocket kits today are not challenging. They are not interesting.
This is a

kit to build! It is
Unique
and very interesting!
Very complicated with many paper parts that have to be built.
A one of a kind kit that is extremely rare today.
At this price you can build one of the most classic Centuri kits!
It would be nearly impossible to find a challenging kit this detailed today at anything close to this price.
This is an antique and collectable but please keep in mind that it is a forty+ year old product and may have some age discoloration of parts.
