How to cook:
Put the buckwheat into the salty boiling water, wait until it boils and decrease the heat to the minimum. Cover it with a lid and cook on the low heat for 15-20 minutes. Do not stir. When the water is evaporated turn the heat off and leave the cereal under the lid for 10 more minutes to saturate. Three servings need 1 glass of cereal and 2 - 2.5 glasses of water.
