    1. 740nm , 850nm or 940nm means the wavelength emitted by the LED chip. They are infrared lights. First, they show different wavelengths.
    2. Generally, the higher the wavelength , the lower the forward voltage drop VF under the same current condition. Under the condition of 20mA current, the 850 VF is about 1.35-1.55V, and the 940 VF is approximately between 1.10 and 1.25V. Of course, the VF differs depending on the current.
    3. The 850nm has a red burst, and the 940 has no red burst. The "red burst" means the red spot visible on the chip when the infrared lamp is working.
